Café International for iOS new version 2.1.0

Application Systems Heidelberg announces the availability of the new version 2.1.0 of Café International for iOS. The new version can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store.

New Features include:
• "Rematch"-feature at the end of a game (>= iOS 6 only) to invite the same players for another game
• Show message of last player after game ended
• More online-game information in the player panels, especially the important Online Game Index

FIXED
• No more game lockups after 7 days of no one taking a turn
• Subtraction of the points of the last bar seat corrected
• Some minor fixes for an improved online game handling

Café International for iOS new version 2.0

Application Systems have announced the release of the latest version of Café International for iOS. It now features online turn based multiplayer gaming using Game Center, enhanced gameplay for iPhone 5 and an auto facing board - turning to each players direction automatically when multiple players are sitting around their iPad.

We are thrilled by the positive customer feedback around the globe with a huge majority rating the game with five stars. Now we have the multiplayer mode available that everyone was waiting for as a free upgrade as promised.

Improvements in more detail
- Play friends, family and meet new people around the world through turn-based online gaming (asynchronous multiplayer) via Gamecenter (iOS 5 or newer)
- Vastly improved gameplay on the iPhone 5 through an optimized board layout. Make full use of the larger screen.
- Auto facing board: Sit around your iPad and play with friends, while the screen automatically turns towards the current player
- Introduces leaderboards for online games and more achievements for new challenges
- Integrated access to a free comprehensive strategy guide book
- Share your successes via Facebook (iOS 6 required)
- New supported languages: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Italian

Café International has been nominated as one of five finalists in the category "Family Games" for German Game Developer Award 2012 (final award decision Dec. 12th, 2012).

Café International for iOS nominated for German Game Developer Award 2012

Application Systems is proud to announce that Café International has been nominated for German Game Developer Award 2012. Competing against over 120 entries Café International has been selected as one of only five finalists in the category "Family Games" and we are thrilled and can't wait to hear the results announced on the 12th of December.

We are always improving the game based on customer feedback. Currently under development the latest version will include online multiplayer support as well as enhanced graphics for iPhone 5, we hope to have it approved and live in the iTunes App Store by the 29th of November.

About the German Game Developer Award:
Established in 2004 the Award has become an important industry event with more than 1000 people attending the Award ceremony. 150 members of the Award's academy and a jury have to make the tough decision about the winners in each category.
